Sailesh pursued the Mastering Negotiations and Influence program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), a highly acclaimed program that provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful negotiators and influencers. The program is designed for executives who want to improve their negotiation skills, build stronger relationships, and influence others more effectively. Mr. Narasimha Murthy ANS as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Eficaa Ensmart Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is a seasoned professional. With over 22 years of experience in the technology space, Mr. Murthy has an extensive background in research and development. He previously held high positions as technology head, where he led the design and development team for smart grid projects, focusing on single/three-phase energy meters and communication products such as RTUs, DCUs, and configuration software.
In previous stints, Mr. Murthy spearheaded the design and development of the Smart Products, i.e.., Hardware and Software for enabling Smart Grid.
